Large, exclusive countryside villa with pool

Experience an unforgettable stay in our fantastic idyll in a historic castle environment. Our modern spacious villa is the perfect place for enjoyment with a pool and all the amenities you could wish for. Only a 10-minute bike ride from Sigtuna’s city center. The 18-hole course is just around the corner, as well as a neighborhood restaurant and adventure golf. When you step into our beautiful villa, you are greeted by generous and tastefully decorated living areas. The large windows provide a fantastic view of the rolling fields and the lake Mälaren. You will stay in a large house on three floors. On the middle floor, where the main entrance is located, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a large living room with a library. Here we also have the spacious well-equipped kitchen with luxurious stovetop equipped with double ovens and exclusive marble slabs on the work surfaces. On the lower floor we have an entrance that is equipped with code locks and generous surfaces for outerwear. There is a large bathroom with shower and SPA/sauna. There is also a large bedroom with 3/4 extra beds when the really big family comes to visit. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a living room in the middle. The master bedroom has a luxurious feel with white carpeted floors and a luxurious private bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms on the floor are equipped with wide 120 beds and have a small attached toilet. These rooms also have stunning views of meadows, forest and water. The garden has 4 patios. A large covered dining area with infrared heating adjacent to the kitchen. A lounge area by the pool deck with outdoor bar, barbecue and dining area in the evening sun under the pergola. A patio perfect for breakfast. And a smaller greenhouse with a sofa where you can cozy up on rainy days. The pool is 4*7 meters and maintains a temperature of 29 degrees. It has an arched pool cover, which is popular for swimming even in bad weather. A lawn is also available to use with football goals and various garden games. As a guest, you have access to the entire house except the storage/laundry room on the lower floor. The outdoor storage buildings are also private. For longer stays, we will open up access to the laundry room too, however.
